Green Zone exhibition floor features a range of dedicated meeting rooms. Each room is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, ensuring seamless presentations and discussions. The rooms vary in size from 8 - 12 people, accommodating small team meetings to larger group sessions.
These meeting rooms are conveniently located within the exhibition area, allowing easy access for attendees and exhibitors alike. Whether you’re hosting a quick brainstorming session or a formal presentation, our dedicated meeting rooms provide the perfect environment for productive discussions.

Please note that due to high demand and limited availability, submitting a request does not ensure a booking. All requests will undergo a thorough review process, during which organisations will be shortlisted based on availability. Final confirmation, including specific details on the reserved space and further instructions, will be provided following the review.
